A couple from New York passed us these photos after a sunset stroll down the beach.
We were passing Itapororoca beach near sunset, with no-one in sight except two boys surfing. Another 2 arrived riding a single bicycle with a dog running behind them. I could see all were friends. They fished together, with only one having a rod and the other 3 holding wooden sticks with fishing line attached. I thought "I should have grown up here." We watched for awhile and when we walked back towards town, passing the Rio Trancoso we encountered 3 more boys fishing, throwing simple nets into the river, and we could hear one of them singing. And I thought... "I can move here now, its not too late!"
Thanks for sharing A. and P.
