Along with Festa de São Brás held in February, it is the high point of the summer for natives when Trancoso's patron saints are celebrated. The whole community gathers and the Quadrado is beautifully decorated for the occasions with each saint's traditional collors. The celebrations are animated, filled with music, dance, food and games for children.
